Rigging a Minifigure in Maya
How to model, texture, rig and animate a minifigure character
Watch Promo
In this course I'll show you how to build a lego minifigure from scratch. We will model the character using polygon primitives. Then we'll unwrap the UV's and paint the textures in Photoshop. Then we'll rig the character so that we can animate it in a scene. The character that I'm going to make is Lego Batman but you can apply the same techniques to create any Lego character you want!
